What does a Senior Project Manager in development do?

A

My role is to link together and have oversight across all the pillars of development. My team manages the flow of projects through each phase of the life cycle, and unlocking projects by solving complex problems where issues arise.

What makes you want to work in this industry?

A

Energy is in intrinsic to human development. Without renewable energy projects to build there will be no transition to a net zero world. Being a part of that process has always brought my soul to life.

What’s your leadership style?

A

I have a very direct and open leadership style. I want my team to see how I embody accountability and empower them to do the same and be confident in making decisions. I love developing people and believe teams work best and are happiest in this open and candid communication environment. Which is also why you’ll always hear me laughing in the office!
